Summary:
This is a circular walk of 5.8 miles. The walk starts in urban Northwich but soon reaches the River Weaver at Hunts Lock. We walk along the river path to Vale Royal locks, which we cross. We return on the opposite side of the river through woodland. The paths are tarmac or gravel and there are no major hills. There may be a couple of slightly muddy patches after. rainfall. The walk is dog friendly.
